教室概要

「痛みからの解放」をキーワードに、疼痛制御機構およびオピオイドによる耐性・依存形成機構の解明を目的とした研究を行ってきた。最近では【神経障害性疼痛の病態における神経炎症の関与】、【ニコチンの生理的機能評価および疾患治療への応用】、【各種依存性薬物による耐性・依存形成機序の解明】を主なテーマとする研究を展開している。

教室では週一回の抄読会を行っている。担当者が最近発表された興味深い文献を紹介し、スタッフ全員での討論を通じて得られた最新の情報を、研究の発展に繋げることを目的としている。

教育概要

生体における各種薬物の作用について、【個体・細胞レベルでの作用機序】および【薬効に影響を及ぼす因子】に関する基礎的知識を提供する。疾病の治療・診断・予防に用いる薬物の薬理作用と有害作用を十分に理解し、応用できる医療人の育成を目標とした教育を行っている。
